BFG Terms of USe & Privacy
Throughout my time at Big Fish Games, I advocated for improvements in how the organization presents its Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and GDPR messaging. The challenge was to create a legally compliant experience across multiple geos while ensuring a user-friendly, contemporary approach to mobile consent management. My goal was to minimize friction for first-time players while maintaining clarity and brand consistency. The screens below highlight my efforts in standardizing this experience and refining its presentation from a brand perspective.
1. This flow, presented to executive leadership and the BFG legal team, outlines my initial efforts in advocating for an updated approach to messaging and aligning with industry-standard opt-in consent management experiences.
2. "This is the final approved flow for consent management. In the end, Big Fish Games opted for a third-party Consent Management Platform to handle the complexity of compliance across multiple geos. I was responsible for documenting the various Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and GDPR compliance flows, as well as ensuring that the UI presentation remained on brand."
