UX As Brand

Great player experiences create loyalty to a game’s brand.

In games as a service, the players are the customers, & a customer’s experience with a product, place, or service, directly affects & informs their perception of that product’s brand.

A game’s experience should share the same personality, voice and tone of the game’s brand. For me this is where the lines between UI/UX start to blur.

at the heart of a game’s intended experience, is a tight 3 piece band jamming together in the common tune of Product knowledge.
