Big Fish Premium Game Store
The Task: Pitch stakeholders on a modernized design for Bigfishgames.com so the BFG game store would be in parity with other well known “Best in Class” game related e-commerce sites.

1. Beyond the obvious visual and informational updates, my first priority was to understand the business goals in regards to the discovery & resurfacing of new and old content, as well as showcasing the benefits and perks to becoming a Game Club member.

2. The initial task was to supply stakeholders with high fidelity aspirational design comps to ultimately get sign off on a UI/UX update and get the project green lit from a production perspective. The design comps provided focused on the Landing and Product pages.

3. The Landing page and Product page examples needed to display the 2 states that a user could view them from: Casual User and Game Club Member. Both examples had different button states, upsell CTAs and membership discount information. This example and the next are the Game Club states.

4. All of the content, informationally and visually, needed to be updated to fit the mental model of what today's savvy users are accustomed to in e-commerce and streamed content. Ultimately this exercise needed to demonstrate to the Stakeholders that there were clean and elegant design solutions to all of their product's business goals and needs.

5. In the end, my involvement was cut short due to the downsizing of the organization. I was let go with a significant number of other Big Fish employees so these last few images of the UI style guide were my final deliverables to the team. Regardless, I'm excited that this site update is still in production and currently in development. :)
