While at Big Fish, I leveled up from Principal UI Designer to Director of UI/UX, crafting design strategies, mentoring teams and setting industry-standard UI/UX practices across the organization. Whether refining live games, launching new initiatives, or consulting with external partners, while leading a team of 8 designers, I kept my sights on player-first experiences, balancing data, creativity, collaboration and inspiring my team to make every interaction smoother and more engaging. As BFG shifted from development to publishing, I adapted, problem-solved, and championed UX cohesion, ensuring great design remained at the heart of every project I was involved with.
